Admission to training is carried out for the first year.

Admission to training is carried out within the framework of target figures for the admission of citizens to study at the expense of budgetary allocations from the budget of the Moscow region (hereinafter referred to as target figures, budgetary allocations) and under educational agreements concluded when admitting students to study at the expense of individuals and (or) legal entities (hereinafter referred to as agreements on the provision of paid educational services). Within the framework of the target figures, the following are allocated: a quota for admission to bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs at the expense of budgetary allocations for disabled children, disabled people of groups I and II, disabled people from childhood, disabled people due to military trauma or illness received during military service, which, according to According to the conclusion of the federal institution of medical and social expertise, studying at the university is not contraindicated for orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children left without parental care (hereinafter referred to as the special quota). A special quota is established by the university in the amount of no less than 10% of the total volume of control figures allocated to the university for the next year for each specialty and area of ​​training (Appendix No. 1); target admission quota for training (hereinafter referred to as the target quota).

Admission to study at the expense of budgetary allocations is carried out on a competitive basis, unless otherwise provided by Federal Law. Admission to study places with payment of tuition fees by individuals and (or) legal entities is carried out on the conditions determined by local regulations of the university in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

By the conditions of admission to study in basic professional educational programs, the university guarantees respect for the right to education and enrollment from among applicants who have the appropriate level of education, the most capable and prepared to master the educational program of the appropriate level and appropriate focus.

Admission to training is carried out:

  • for bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs (except for the admission of persons entitled to admission to study without entrance tests): on the basis of secondary general education - based on the results of the Unified State Exam (hereinafter referred to as the Unified State Exam), assessed on a one-hundred-point scale, which are recognized as results entrance examinations, and (or) based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the university in cases established by the Rules; on the basis of secondary vocational or higher education (hereinafter referred to as vocational education) - based on the results of entrance examinations, the form and list of which are determined by the university;
  • for master's programs - based on the results of entrance examinations, the list is established and conducted by the university independently.

Admission to training of persons who are recognized as citizens of the Russian Federation in accordance with Part 1 of Article 4 of the Federal Constitutional Law and persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation who permanently resided on the day of admission to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea on the territory of the Republic of Crimea or on the 8th territory of a city of federal significance Sevastopol, and studied in accordance with the state standard and (or) curriculum of general secondary education, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as persons permanently residing in Crimea), carried out in accordance with the features established by the Rules. The University allocates, within the target figures, places for admission to study for persons permanently residing in Crimea, in accordance with Part 3.1 of Article 5 of Federal Law N 84-FZ (hereinafter referred to as allocated budget places). Only persons permanently residing in Crimea are accepted for allocated budget places. Other persons are accepted only for places within the target numbers that are not allocated budget places (hereinafter referred to as general budget places). Admission to training is carried out (Appendix No. 4): 1) within the framework of target figures - separately with the formation of various lists of persons who submitted the documents required for admission, and the holding of various competitions: for allocated budget places; for general budget places; 2) under agreements for the provision of paid educational services - separately with the formation of various lists of persons who have submitted documents required for admission, and the holding of various competitions: for persons permanently residing in Crimea, who are admitted to study under the conditions established by clause 13.1 of the Rules; for other persons.

The University conducts admissions according to the following conditions for admission to study (hereinafter referred to as admission conditions):

  • separately for studying at the university and for studying in each of its branches;
  • separately for full-time, part-time and correspondence forms of education;
  • separately for bachelor's degree programs, specialty programs, master's programs depending on their focus (profile) in accordance with the rules specified in clause 1.12 of the Rules
  • separately within the framework of control figures and under contracts for the provision of paid educational services;
  • within the framework of control figures - separately for allocated budget places and for general budget places; under contracts for the provision of paid educational services - separately for persons permanently residing in Crimea who enroll in training under the conditions established by clause 13.1 of the Rules, and for other persons.

The university holds a separate competition for each set of admission conditions. Within the framework of the target figures, a separate competition is held for each set of admission conditions and each of the following grounds for admission to study (hereinafter referred to as the grounds for admission): for places within a special quota; for places within the target quota; for places within the target numbers minus the special quota and the target quota (hereinafter referred to as the main places within the target numbers). For applicants for bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs based on different levels of education, a single competition is held under the same conditions for admission and the same basis for admission (if any).

Admission to study depending on the focus (profile) of educational programs (subclause 3 of clause 1.10 of the Rules) is carried out in the following ways: for undergraduate programs in each area of ​​training in general, for specialty programs in each specialty in general, for master’s programs in each area of ​​training in in general; for each bachelor's program within the field of study, for each specialty program within the specialty, for each master's program within the field of study; for a set of bachelor's degree programs within a field of study, for a set of specialty programs within a specialty, for a set of master's programs within a field of study. 10 For various bachelor's programs, specialty programs, and master's programs, admission to studies is carried out in various ways (Appendix No. 1).

To enroll in training, applicants submit an application for admission with the necessary documents attached (hereinafter referred to together as documents required for admission; documents submitted for admission; submitted documents).

A person to whom the applicant has been granted the appropriate authority (hereinafter referred to as the authorized representative) may carry out actions in respect of which the Rules establish that they are carried out by the applicant, and which do not require the personal presence of the applicant (including submitting documents required for admission to the university, revoking submitted documents). The authorized person carries out these actions upon presentation of a power of attorney issued to the applicant and executed in the prescribed manner to carry out the relevant actions.

When visiting the university and (or) face-to-face interaction with authorized officials of the university, the applicant (authorized representative) presents an identification document.

Organizational support for admission to study, including for study at university branches, is carried out by the admissions committee created by the university. The chairman of the admissions committee is the rector of the university. The chairman of the admissions committee appoints an executive secretary of the admissions committee, who organizes the work of the admissions committee, as well as personal reception of applicants, their parents (legal representatives), and proxies. To conduct entrance examinations, the university creates examination and appeal commissions in the manner determined by it. The powers and procedures for the activities of the admissions committee, examination and appeal committees are determined by the regulations on them, approved by the rector of the university.

When accepting admission to study places within the framework of the target figures for the 11th full-time form of study, the following deadlines are established: 1) for undergraduate programs, specialty programs: the start date for accepting documents required for admission is June 20; for admission to general budget places: the deadline for accepting documents required for admission from persons applying for study based on the results of entrance tests conducted by the university independently is July 16; the deadline for completing entrance examinations conducted by the university independently, completing the acceptance of documents required for admission from persons applying for study without passing the specified entrance examinations (hereinafter referred to as the completion date for accepting documents and entrance examinations) is July 26; for admission to allocated budget places: the deadline for accepting documents required for admission from persons applying for study based on the results of entrance tests conducted by the university independently is July 8; The closing date for accepting documents and entrance examinations is July 14; 2) for master’s programs: the start date for accepting documents required for admission is June 20; The deadline for accepting documents required for admission is August 17; The deadline for completing entrance examinations is August 19. 1.18. Dubna University has highly qualified personnel. About 800 teachers work here, almost 300 of whom are under 50 years old. Construction is underway on the fifth academic building and the Sports Palace, which includes a large universal sports hall with stands for 1050 seats, a 25x13 m swimming pool, two fitness aerobics rooms, table tennis and athletic gymnastics rooms. The construction of a comfortable hotel for visiting professors has been completed.

As part of the joint work, the departments of theoretical and nuclear physics, biophysics, distributed information computing systems, nanotechnologies and new materials were organized.
