I also watch football sometimes. But the Russian team at the last World Championship, of course, disappointed. In general, it’s wonderful when not only men, but also representatives of the fairer sex are aware of sporting events.

- This should be close to you. You were born into a sports family.

Yes. Therefore, I have respected sports since childhood. I did athletics, dancing, swimming. But my parents didn’t force me to study professionally, because they knew what it was. My dad has been through a lot. He is my master of sports in cycling. The loads were powerful. And they led to the fact that when dad finished performing, his legs began to hurt badly. After all, it’s no secret that professional sports subsequently makes itself felt.

- But playing sports at an amateur level will probably never hurt.

That's for sure. And now I always try to keep myself in the right shape. My profession is related to the stage. I go out to the audience and have to look impeccable and always think about my health. From time to time I am invited to take part in various ice shows. But I refuse. What if some kind of injury happens, and then what?.. Although in my life I, of course, got up on the ice.

- What do you do to always look one hundred percent?

I do aerobics, yoga, and run on a treadmill. Although, after giving birth, I didn’t run, but walked. It is believed that this will have a great effect in order to lose excess weight as much as possible. During that period, I played sports very intensively in order to fully recover. This required a colossal expenditure of effort and enormous patience. I worked out every day. And my labors, as they say, were not in vain. In general, I fell in love with sports even more after meeting my husband.

- Is he also an athlete?

Yes. High jump athlete. There is not a single gold medal in Igor's collection. And sometimes we play sports together - swim in the pool, go to the gym. And together we watch various competitions. And if my husband doesn’t have the opportunity to see something, he asks me. It happened that I had to feed the child, watch TV at the same time and respond to Igor’s SMS. I wrote to him about how the game was going, what the score was. By the way, our daughter Emily is also very active. This is good news. Most likely, like her parents, she will not be indifferent to sports.
